After the races were over, the boys had a water gun fight. Everybody got really wet. Calvin thought it was great fun until the older boys teamed up against him.

Raingutter regatta and a water gun fight
The cub scouts held the annual Raingutter regatta (a regatta is a series of boat races) at the end of June. The boys made boats out of plastic water bottles and raced them against each other.
After the races were over, the boys had a water gun fight. Everybody got really wet. Calvin thought it was great fun until the older boys teamed up against him.
Everybody had a popsicle when the water fight was over.
