Another Birthday

I turned 34 at the end of July.  Tina made a tasty carrot cake and the boys gave me a book I had been wanting.

    After the delicious piece I enjoyed yesterday, my mouth is watering just LOOKING at that cake! Tina, I want that recipe so badly!

    Tina modifies it by adding crushed pineapple, coconut, and a few other things. I'm sure she would be willing to share it with anybody that asks...
